Our thesis
Most organizations offer membership. RRC offers preparation.
RRC exists to give ambitious UTSA students the structure, preparation, and access needed to compete for highly selective opportunities. We select a small number of students from across every UTSA college and prepare them against the standards employers and graduate programs actually apply.
UTSA produces capable students across every college. What has been missing is a shared place to prepare: repetition under interview conditions, direct feedback, and access to the people who make decisions. RRC exists to provide that regardless of a student's major.
The Program
Four parts, run as one system.
RRC keeps the model focused: select committed students, strengthen the resume, rehearse interviews, and create recruiting access.
Selective Admissions
Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis for direction, coachability, and seriousness of intent.

Weekly commitment

Attendance standard
Members are expected at sessions and mock interviews. Attendance matters because preparation compounds only if it is consistent.
Engagement
Members are expected to act on the feedback they receive — revised resumes, repeated interview practice, and follow-through on recruiting conversations.
Eligibility
Open to all UTSA students, any classification and any major, who meet the baseline requirements and are pursuing competitive opportunities.

RRC selects a small cohort each cycle. We are not looking for students who already have the skills — several curriculum stages exist precisely to build them. We are looking for direction, work ethic, and a willingness to be coached directly.
